Privacy Policy & HIPAA‑Aligned Confidentiality Statement
This Privacy Policy outlines how we protect personal, spiritual, and health‑related information shared within our private religious community.
1. Private Membership Protection
As a Private Membership Association (PMA), all information shared by members is private and not subject to public disclosure. Participation in any activity signifies agreement to private jurisdiction.
2. Confidentiality of Personal Information
We respect and protect the privacy of all members. We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information, including:
Names
Phone numbers
Emails
Personal history
Spiritual information
Health disclosures
All information stays strictly within the PMA.
3. HIPAA‑Aligned Principles
While we are not a medical facility and do not provide medical treatment, we voluntarily follow HIPAA‑aligned privacy principles to protect our members’ sensitive information.
This means we:
Treat all health‑related disclosures as confidential
Do not share health information without explicit permission
Store member data privately and securely
Respect personal boundaries and privacy at all times
4. No Medical Services Provided
We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any conditions. Any health discussion is for:
Spiritual context

Because we do not operate as medical providers, HIPAA does not legally apply — however, we choose to uphold its confidentiality standards out of ethical responsibility.
5. Internal Communications Only
Any information shared:

In private messages with the church or PMA
is protected and not released outside the community without written consent.
6. Data Responsibility
We maintain internal records for membership and safety. These records:
Are not shared with outside parties
Are used solely for member participation and private administration
Can be requested or updated by the member at any time
7. Member Rights
Members have the right to:
Request access to their stored information
Ask for correction or removal of personal data
Expect complete confidentiality during all interactions
Withdraw membership at any time

Code of Ethics & Conduct
This Code of Ethics reflects the spiritual, cultural, and ceremonial values upheld by Pillars of Light, Pillars of the Jungle, and the Oklevueha Native American Church (ONAC). All members, practitioners, facilitators, and ceremonial participants agree to these principles.
1. Sacred Respect for All Medicines
All sacraments—must be treated as living spirits.
No sacrament is to be used recreationally, sold casually, or shared outside ceremonial and spiritual context.
Only trained and authorized facilitators may administer powerful medicines.
2. Integrity, Honesty, and Personal Responsibility
Members must be honest about their physical, mental, and emotional well-being before ceremony.
Participation is always voluntary and based on spiritual intention.
Individuals must approach every ceremony with humility and sincerity.
3. Safety as a Sacred Priority
Facilitators are committed to providing a safe, grounded, and coherent ceremonial environment.
Emergency protocols must be known and respected.
No substance, alcohol, or harmful influence is allowed before ceremony.
Respect medical contraindications and facilitator guidance at all times.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
What happens in ceremony stays in ceremony.
All members agree to protect the privacy of fellow participants.
No photos, recordings, or online sharing without consent.
5. Cultural and Tribal Honor
All ceremonies are expressions of ancient traditions and must be approached with reverence.
We honor the tribes, elders, and lineages that carry these medicines.
Cultural appropriation is replaced with cultural respect, reciprocity, and gratitude.
6. Consent & Boundaries
Physical, emotional, and spiritual boundaries must always be respected.
No touching without explicit consent.
Facilitators hold the responsibility to maintain a safe, respectful ceremonial space.
7. No Ego, No Hierarchy of Spirit
Everyone is equal in ceremony.
Facilitators are guides, not gurus.
No one claims ownership over the medicines or traditions.
8. Service, Humility & Reciprocity
Members are encouraged to live in service to community and Spirit.
Gratitude and reciprocity toward tribes and teachers are essential.
Donations, giveback missions, and acts of service are encouraged.
9. Clean Energy, Clean Intentions
Individuals must come in peace, respect, and clarity.
Drama, judgment, gossip, or hostility have no place in sacred space.
Respect the land, the altars, and the spirits present.
10. Commitment to Healing & Growth
The path is lifelong.
Mistakes become teachings when taken with humility.
Ceremony is not a shortcut—it is a sacred relationship.
Final Blessing
We walk this medicine path with reverence, discipline, and love.
May all our steps be guided by Spirit, by the ancestors, and by the living wisdom of the plants.
