Somatic Tantra Reiki is a holistic energy-healing experience that combines traditional Reiki, somatic body awareness, conscious breathwork, meditation, grounding, and gentle consent-based touch.
The session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, become more aware of areas of tension or holding, and support a greater sense of calm within the nervous system.
You remain fully clothed throughout the session. Touch is always gentle, professional, non-sexual, and based on clear consent. Hands-off Reiki is always available, and you may change your preferences at any time.
